The special relay service numbers can only be used if you have the appropriate TDD/TTY equipment, a device equipped with a typewriter-style keyboard and operated through a standard telephone.
For those customers who need to communicate with us, but do not have TDD/TTY equipment, Cincinnati Bell provides a free relay service. The telephone company representative acts as the third party and translates the TTY message to a voice message. To use this service, please call one of the numbers below.
