If at any time you require the removal of your electric meter and/or service from your personal property or business, please contact Duke Energy at 513-421-9500 or toll-free 1-800-544-6900.
When calling Duke Energy, please provide at least five business days for the removal of residential meters and/or services. Please provide eight business days for the removal of commercial meters and/or services.
