Registered Users of Duke Energy's Online Services can change their password, hint information and account information online.Registered User with Duke Energy Online Services: Login and click on Change My Account Info, Change Password or Change Hint Information in the left-hand navigational bar.

1. Create your User Profile.
2. Add to your User Profiel the account you wish to manage online.
