Our goal is to offer services that make life easier for our customers. If you or someone you know has a visual impairment that makes it difficult to read your monthly energy bill, we can help.

Upon request, Duke Energy will send you a Large Print Bill that includes the same information as your regular monthly bill on slightly larger paper.
