Energy Assistance Program (EAP)
If you qualify as a low-income household, the EAP program may help you pay part of your heating bills.
Helping Hand
An assistance program available to low-income customers who are at least 60 years old or disabled and who meet certain income guidelines may receive assistance in paying part of their heating bills.
Life Support
Duke Energy offers a Life Support Program for customers who use electrically powered life support equipment.
TDD/TTY
Customers with speech and hearing impairments with access to TDD/TTY equipment may call us directly.
Foreign Language Assistance
Duke Energy offers interpreting services to all of our non-English speaking customers whether they call or visit a local office.
Large Print Bills
Our Large Print Bills offer the same information as a regular bill, but on slightly larger paper.
Braille Bills
We offer Braille bills for our visually impaired or blind customers.
Third-Party Notification
This program sends a copy of your monthly bill to a friend or relative without holding them responsible for the payment.
